Returns Accepted (Does not apply to custom orders)

Conditions of Return

  • Buyer is responsible for return postage costs
  • Buyer is responsible for loss in value if an item isn’t returned in its original condition

We hope you are happy with your order, if you wish to return your order you can do so, so long as your items are unused and returned in the original packaging.  Please log into your customer account to start returning or contact us within 7 days of receiving and return within 14 days. Buyer to cover return postage costs.


Our clay cutters are handmade in our home studio and we do our upmost to ensure we provide you with a professionally made product. We understand sometimes flaws may go under the radar. If you discover an issue with a clay cutter purchased please contact us immediately so we can sort a return and refund or exchange if required.
All tools need to be checked within 5 days of receiving them.
Our silkscreens and stamps are purchased via our supplier and thoroughly checked upon receiving so these should be free from flaws.

Please note we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for items that you are unable to use due to being a beginner/item too small etc. Once used an item is exempt from our returns policy unless faulty. Please read the description etc to make sure you will be able to use the tool correctly. I trial all tools, in all sizes to make sure they are adequate for intended use - some may be more finicky to get used to using than others.

  • Custom order policy;

For custom-made products - we will work with you prior to the completion of your product to make sure you are happy with the product before it is shipped. And we can answer any questions before you purchase. Our returns policy does not apply to custom orders unless you receive a damaged item, in this case, please contact us immediately. All claims must be made within 5 days of delivery.

  • Lost item policy:

Hopefully, your item will arrive within a good time frame in one piece. If you may think your item has been lost (within one-month domestic post) please contact us so we can try to sort it out for you. I may be able to track the location of your parcel.
If after one month you have not received your item and you have not contacted us there will be nothing we can do to find the item.
