Return and Exchange 
We do our upmost to ensure you are happy with your item.

  • Custom Made to order policy;
For custom made products - we will work with you prior to completion of your product to make sure you are happy with product before it is shipped. And we can answer any questions before you purchase.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately, we can offer a fixing service as sometimes items can get damaged during shipping but this is out of our control. All claims must be made within 3 days of delivery.

  • Pre handmade item policy:
Items that are listed as ready to ship, we offer a 5 day money back guarantee. Please contact us within 5 days to let us know you have changed your mind and are returning your item. Cost of item will be refunded but shipping cost and return postage costs will not be refunded.
If you have an issue with your item or your item is damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  • Tools policy:
We understand sometimes tools can not be thoroughly checked until they are used for the first time. If you discover an issue with a tool purchased please contact us immediately so we can sort return and refund or exchange if required.
All tools need to be checked within 5 days of receiving them.

  • Lost item policy:
Hopefully your item will arrive within a good time frame in one piece. If you may think your item has been lost (within one month domestic post) please contact us so we can try to sort it out for you. I may be able to track the location of your parcel.
If after one month you have not received your item and you have not contacted us there will be nothing we can do to find item.
