UK
Free Standard Shipping. You can upgrade to tracked 24 / 48 option at checkout for a small fee.
USA
Tracked International shipping. We do not collect state tax, this will be applied via the postal service.
If you require state sales tax to be collected you may prefer to shop via our Etsy shop.
Custom and Import tax: Please note that all international orders will arrive as (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means that the customer retains the responsibility to pay for any Customs, VAT they may incur on deliveries sent from the UK. Your local postal service may request you to pay them before releasing your parcel.

Order Processing and Shipping Timelines
Expected time UK - Processing 2-4 working days plus estimated 2-3 working days shipping
Expected time USA - Processing 2-4 working days plus estimated 5-10 working days shipping.
- Most items are handmade to order. These are not kept in stock.
- I need up to 3 working days (5 during sales, and holiday periods) to process your order before dispatch. Then please add your chosen shipping method time to this.
- I will always dispatch sooner than estimated where possible
- I usually send shipping confirmation emails the day prior to dispatch - please add this to your delivery estimate
- Packages are shipped Monday to Friday
- Once we have sent your order the shipping timeline will be dependent on the area you live in and the shipping method you have chosen.
- Please make sure your address details are up to date.
- All cutters/tools are packed securely, wrapped in tissue paper and posted in bubble mailers, cardboard envelopes or letter box-size parcels.
